By using Quick Comp you agree to the following. Written in plain language on purpose.

1. What Quick Comp is

Quick Comp gives real-estate agents a valuation tool, a home-value widget for their website, and an app. The values we show are automated estimates based on comparable sales — they are not an appraisal or a guarantee of sale price. We are not a broker, appraiser, or financial advisor.

2. Plans & payments

Plans are monthly: Pro $67, Widget $197, Complete $297. No setup fee. Billed in advance each month via Stripe. You may cancel anytime from your account or by contacting us; service stays active through the end of the period already paid.

3. Refunds

If you cancel, the next month isn't charged. We don't prorate a month already started unless required by law or where we made a billing error — in which case we fix it promptly.

4. Your domain & your data

If you buy a domain through us, it's yours and we transfer it to you if you leave. Your leads and content are yours; you can export them or ask us to delete them.

5. Leads, calls & texts

When a homeowner leaves their phone in the widget, they consent to be contacted by the agent by call or text about their home's value. The agent (Quick Comp's customer) is responsible for complying with contact laws (TCPA and state equivalents), including honoring do-not-contact requests. Quick Comp only relays the lead.

6. Privacy

We collect what's needed to operate: the agent's account details, and lead details (name, phone, address, value shown). We don't sell personal data. We use processors (Stripe for payments, Google/RentCast for property data, and ad pixels when the agent enables them). You may request access or deletion by contacting us.
